  Servers: Accepting applications for detailed oriented professional servers with positive attitudes and good work ethics. Basic food and wine knowledge a must. Servers must be willing to work hard, work as a team and follow directions. Fine dining experience a plus.
  
  
  Host/Hostess: Looking for a positive, friendly person to greet, seat and answer the phone. Excellent and professional phone skills a must. Must be willing to work and communicate with service and kitchen staff. All applicants must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Previous host experience required, fine dining a plus.
  
  
  Dishwasher: Looking for a hardworking person willing to lift heavy pots and work long hours. This person must be willing to work with other staff members as a team and be willing to help others. Attention to details a must.
  
  
  Service Support: Looking for high energy people with restaurant experience. Knowledge of proper serving techniques a plus.
  Responsible for clearing plates, refilling water and bread,
  resetting tables and picking up and serving food.
  
  
  Cooks: Looking for organized, detail oriented people with a strong work ethics
  
  All applicants should have at least two years experience working in a high quality, fast paced restaurants. Must be willing to follow directions, work as a team and have a positive attitude.
