Robyn Bowen graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts, then continued her schooling and received another Associate degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. She moved to Fayetteville and has been employed with us since April as a wonderful member of our service team.
"I want to take our desserts to the next level. The dinner, wine list and cocktail menu are ever changing and always improving. That is exactly what I would like for our dessert menu, improving it to give you our best. Back to the basics—local, seasonal ingredients, original desserts—that is my challenge and promise to you.
